like transfer leadership make a huge lag...

I don't have any problems with lag while using this plugin. Maybe you have an overload of plugins on your server.

yes, it lag, I have in my server 14 gangs and, in 10-15 min, appear a 2-3 seconds lag

If I delete all gangs, my server never lagged, but with 10 or more gangs....lagg
