Seems fun and useful. Can anyone try this and report whether it works the way it's supposed to? It SHOULD work, but better safe than sorry.

Your code seems clean and efficient. I'd suggest to check if is_str_num in the say handler to make sure the player didn't enter some kind of garbage as the number, although clamp gets rid of that anyway, so it's up to you.

I'll try this today, and post here.

Edit: Everything's working as mentioned, and without any bugs. A suggestion to add min limit and max limit as when I set my voice above 250, I can't understand anything and same applies for voice below 50.

Min and max limits exist. If voice control CVAR is enabled, players can change their voice to any value in the range between these limits.
However, they don't work on the default pitch CVAR that auto sets the default voice when players connect. Only admins can change that value, so if they choose to write such numbers, it's their decision to do so. I didn't want to hardcode these limits, because I think it is more flexible in that way and admins might have reasons to set such values (they might just want to experiment with voice sounds), but as I've stated in the notes - it's not recommended.
