Help! I've run the debug.php file that is provided on the sourcebans website and it succeeds in all tests:

[+] SourceBans "Error Connecting()" Debug starting for server server.strongislandgaming.net:27016

[+] Trying to establish UDP connection
[+] UDP connection successfull!
[+] Trying to write to the socket
[+] Successfully requested server info. (That doesn't mean anything on an UDP stream.) Reading...
[+] Got an response! Server: StrongIslandGaming.net 24/7 Pub 2AWP/1AS | FAST DL | STATS 

[+] Trying to establish TCP connection
[+] TCP connection successfull!
[+] Trying to write to TCP socket and authenticate via rcon
[+] Successfully sent authentication request. Reading...
[+] Got an response! 
[+] Password correct!

But... when I access my sourcebans website it cannot connect to my server:


I've set up my databases.cfg correctly and the plugin loads successfully on my server.

What could this be?!

you may need to have a port open up ask your host to open them up

What port should I be opening up? and on server-side? or client-side(sourcebans website)?
