[HOW TO] Block Windows 10 Update Message?

I'm running windows 8 and this shit is constantly showing me a message if i want to update to windows 10. I don't want to update and i don't want this message either. I close, but everytime i turn on / unlock my computer it shows the message and its becoming seriously annoying. (Who would want to update to W10 before get W9 anyway? W10 is just too advanced for my fish brain)

There are instructions to remove the notification. It involves uninstalling a specific update item (one that was specifically for advertising Windows 10).
