game - csgo. So i want to make entity transparent and blurred. So it looks almost invisible, but it blurs things that is behind that entity.

You can change the entity model to these and put a transparent color.
Code:
"$dudvmap" "dev/water_dudv"
"$normalmap" "dev/water_normal"
almost the same effect

at least i did it for ghost mode player models
