Extended amx_scrollmsg

Could someone please fix it for me? I upgraded my amxx to 1.9.0-dev and started to return this error:

The plugin is this one! I'll leave it attached too.

Note: scrollmsg.sma is the original that came with AMX Mod X, scrollmsg_ext.sma is the extended version. scrollmsg_new.sma is the plugin that I tried to revise and add multi-language, but without success.

You didn't attach the plugin that gives the error.

It's scrollmsg_new.sma, it's in the list of plugins.ini it's renowned, but compiled as scrollmsg_new.sma

Only the plugin is the scrollmsg_ext, that _new I just added the multi language
