Reliable channel overflow

I try make a lo3.cfg and need to test those cfg, so i exec that more than 10 times(approximate) for checking and After when i try to execute lo3.cfg all players getting "Reliable channel overflowed"
And cfg was working before this error

This is the cfg i execute... It was working fine but after some frequent use if this cfg...All players get "Reliable channel overflowed" error when i execute

You dont have to worry about it. I post this for a reason and i never said use this cfg this is great cfg i made.
