Hey...I am new to AMX MOD X... I want to give adminship on my server but i cant understand access flags from M to T which are as follows:
m - custom level A (for additional plugins)
; n - custom level B
; o - custom level C
; p - custom level D
; q - custom level E
; r - custom level F
; s - custom level G
; t - custom level H

Please make me understand briefly.....

They are free to use for your own levels. If you want a specific plugin/cmd only used by a special flag and user you can chenge it in the code and grant to the admins you want.

If you wanna make plugin (like vip) which uses admin flag which any other plugin probably are not using, then you can make it use custom level.

They are exactly like all the other flags except they are not used by default. There's not really much to understand about them.
