I have try to execute this lo3.cfg but its not working properly what i mean its not restart at specific time. May be problem with "wait". How to fix this?

yeah restarts are working but its not synchronize with text.

I dont think so it will work because non of the "wait" is not seems to be works. Is there anything to enable the wait command?

I just tried this with local HLDS and it working great but its not working in internet server

It works according to your server FPS.
