Shop System Request

Introduction
I am looking for a credit shop plugin, that i am able to edit dephendings on my needs, fx if i got a surf server, then i can change the shop items, and price, but in first case i just need it to deathrun, so if it can't be editable it is still okay.

NOTE: I am searching for a free script.

Client Commands

• !shop - Open shop menu
• !status - Display your current level in the chat (visible for others)
• !credits - Show current credits avaible
• !top - Display a menu like rank, just with peoples level insted

Admin Commands

• !xp "name" "amount" - set the total xp of another player
• !level "name" "amount" - set the level of another player
• !reset "name" - Reset a specified player
• !resetall - nuclear all players back to level 0

Requirements

Platform: Counter-Strike Source

I want a plugin that gives you:

• "x" experience points each kill, for headshot a bit more, just like rpg. each time you level up, more stuff will become avaible in the shop. - item level needs to be editable by cvars
• 1 credit each kill, which you can use in the shop - price each item needs to be editable by cvars
• the ability to save the progress, from map to map, even server restart shouldn't affect it

Examples of cvars

shop_xp_kill <1-10.000> //The amount of xp given to a player when the player kills someone.
shop_xp_headshot <1-10.000> //The amount of xp added to the kill xp if the kill was a headshot.
shop_xp_level_(number) <1-10.000> //The amount of xp between (number) and the level above
shop_xp_grenade "x" //The amount of xp added to the kill xp if the kill was from a grenade.
shop_add_(item) "x" //Add an item to the shop menu
shop_item_(name)_price <1-10.000> //The amount of the specified item price
shop_item_(name)_enable <0|1|> //Enable or disable teh specified item
shop_item_(name)_team <all|ct|t> //Specify what team can use this
shop_item_(name)_effect <1-1.000> //Example, shop_item_health_effect "50", people will be giving 50
shop_bonus_credit <1-1.000> //The amount of credit added for leveling up.
shop_bonus_health <1-1.000> //The amount of hp added for leveling up.
shop_save_progress <0|1> //0 - Steamid, 1 - IP
shop_sell_cut <1-100> //specify how much you loose by selling a buyed item in percent
shop_advertisement <1|0> //enable advertisement of the plugin

Notes

I don't know how to solve this mathematical / scripting problem, but i am sure this requires alot of skills to make a plugin like this, i appreciate any help i can get, to get this plugin done, i am sure i ain't the only one who are missing a plugin like this.

The menu, and cvars is only examples, i just made it because i though this could be helpfull to see how it could look like, but if you got some better ideas feel free to make your own, as long it got what i want.

NOTE: Those words i wrote in the menu's i'd like to keep, but feel free to add more if you feel it necessary

You can probably pay a scripter to do this, however you have to remember it would be a large project in which it would take time. Time = Money (What I learned)
