Update 3.0 (19/10/2019):

Added a configuration in "costumes.ini" to make it easier to change cvars and activate/deactivate systems of this plugin.
Added 2 new Player Models and 6 new Costumes from CSO.
[MySQL Related] Fixed a bug where the plugin tried to save bot's data at round end (It showed an error in console whenever that happened).

Sorry, but this plugin is only for costumes, not weapon skins or anything else.
I could try add tattoos or another costume from CSO, but that would require a much complicated system... that I'm not going to make it.

Update 3.1 (27/10/2019):

Added Nvault saving system.
Added a new configuration in "costumes.ini" called "VAULT" for Nvault. See "Configuration" section for more info.
Added new translations (Thanks Snake. and Rivotril).
Fixed a model bug of a Pelvis type Costume.
Fixed a small bug about giving/taking cash using the console command "costumes_give_cash".

P.S: This version might be the last one because I have implemented already all functionalities that I wanted to add. So the only changes now will be bug fixes (if they exist) and adding costumes from CSO.

Awsome! but i have some question.

Q1:Only human can show costume in zp4.3, survivor or sinper can't?
Q2:Can separate human skin and costume? because i got 512 limit from load too much human skin.

Q1: Yes, only humans can have costumes.
Q2: In "costumes.ini", you can remove or add costumes. To remove the ones I added, simply delete the line of the costume that you don't want or put a semicolon behind it.

I found a performance bug, when i equip player model in ZP mode it will get high ping.
