I conceived this plugin as some kind of measure against cheaters.
It is very difficult to track cheaters who often change their nicknames.
The plugin shows the UserId of players above their heads.
It also shows the history of changing players' nicknames.
The plugin is new and has not been tested on cheaters.
The plugin uses the "player_changename" event, I don't know if it fires on cheaters or not.


The plugin was specially conceived so that admins could not abuse it too much.

Information about players is not shown through walls, and there is also a setting that is responsible for the drawing distance of this information.

Variables:

sm_tf2_showinfo_distance - Maximum distance for information drawing.

Commands:

sm_showuid - Information overhead.
sm_showuidchat - Information about the history of nicknames.

Installation:
Load the "TF2_ShowInfo.smx" into the /plugins directory
Load the "tf2_showinfo.phrases.txt" into the /translations directory

On my server I just have sv_namechange_cooldown_seconds set to 30.
You can simply check 'status' and check the connection time of the duplicate name as well. The real person will likely be on the server much longer.
But it was nice of you to share this plugin anyway so thanks.

Unfortunately, I am not the developer of this plugin. This plugin was made to order for me.
I know a little about SP, but no more.


Here is a special version that will work in arena mode.

As I found out, in this mode many functions do not work, including player_changename.
This version uses a different method, so everything is fine, but it works in other modes too)
