Allows Admins (and players, if the cvar is set) to change Survivor models. Speech and so on changes aswell. Might have odd effects when someone startles the witch, or at any other given moment.


CVARS:

l4d2_setsurvivormodel_version - obvious
l4d2_setsurvivormodel_freechoice - if this is 1 players can use the sm_setmymodel command


Commands:

sm_setmodel - usable by Admins with the CHEATS flag - "sm_setmodel <player> <nick|rochelle|coach|ellis|bill|zoey|francis| louis> - set a Players Survivor Model"

sm_setmymodel - usable if the cvar is 1 - "sm_setmymodel <nick|rochelle|coach|ellis|bill|zoey|francis| louis> - choose the Survivor you'd like to be"

Wait so what officially works? I tested and the main survivors for L4D2 work. Are there any other models you can set beyond this? I tried the original L4D models, they didn't work, but then again I'm not even sure if I did it correctly. What else works as of now?

The L4D1 models are not included in L4D2, and therefor cannot be used.

You could technically add them to your server but then anyone who wants to see them would need to download the model pack.

One issue with this plugin as if you have two of the same survivor models (ie. two nick characters) and one dies and you use a defibrillator on one of them he wouldn't be revived. The player who switch to a duplicated character wouldn't come back to life causing the other to get stun and start with 50 health (It makes the actual survivor character who started out as that survivor model defibbed). Not sure if you can fix that issue. just notice today while playing campaign and using the defibrillator on the same model.
