Thanks to FlaminSarge it is now working, turns out the attached crits.smx isn't what anyone should use. The Get Plugin option worked fine.

So to clarify what I have read at the beginning of this post:

sm_crits_enabled 0 // this turns the plugin ON
sm_crits_chance 0 // This gives 100% crits

Correct?

I cant seem to get it to work anymore since mvm.

sm_crits_enabled 1 = turned on
sm_crits_chance .5 = 50% chance
sm_crits_chance 1.0 = 100% chance

i just confirmed, it still works and this is what i put in my server config

sm_crits_enabled 1 sm_crits_chance "1.00"

it isn't a command, it is a cvar.......

The only crits that work are Huntsmen and melee, nothing else is all crits but those two. Has anyone got this to work on a Windows Server?
