All other plugins that handle with slots have to be turned off!

i still don't understand why everything is so secret about your servers. let me do a wild guess:

first of all, your server names are too long. that means that (as you have said before) the menu is cut sometimes. you have to make the server names in the list shorter.

next you got something misconfigured there. look what you get on console when your server has 31/32 players and you try to connect:

the xREDIRECT message seems to be broken. just for testing please use xredirect.txt from the xredirect.zip file and out it into your /data/lang folder.
until now i can only do more guessing: the first message that would fit and contains two commas in the russian version is MSG_NO_REDIRECT_SERVER, which would mean "Sorry, the server is full and there currently is no server to redirect you to".
with the new mod detection feature the beta has it's possible that xREDIRECT doesn't redirect there because it detects the mod the other servers are running to be different - even if the message doesn't indicate that. a simple thing you can do: use the stable version 1.0.3.2 instead of the beta.

also what does the russian message in the next line mean? which plug-in is writing that there?

i wonder why you are hiding the plug-ins. the only reason i can think of is that you are playing on this server yourself and it's running plug-ins that are silently giving you an advantage (less spray, more damage given, less damage taken...) over other players, which i'd call cheating.
