what are cvars and where do you type them?? please help me =]

cvars are typed within console by activating the console option within left 4 deads options and hitting tilde to open it, alternatively cvars can also be used within a config file for a server.

so you mean i an type cvars in the server.cfg file, so i don't hv to type it in the console everytime?

Well coded plugins automatically create cfg file inside cfg/sourcemod directory so you just need to edit it to your likings.

in that plugin (rezise) case, yes. Or any other *.cfg (configure) file what will be executed.
Like ...cfg/sourcemod/sourcemod.cfg
