This plugin creates in-game channels like teamspeak where you can join through a menu and talk privately to anyone. The plugin includes some sounds (:

Commands
sm_channels - Opens the channel menu
sm_channelclients - See online users in your channel
sm_channelkick <user> - kicks an user from his channel
sm_channelmove <user> <channel (1-3)> - moves an user in a channel (even if he is not in a channel)
