i need a plugin for my server. id like the plugin to send the user to my paypal when they type in !donate. and if possible id like them to get automatic donor perks after paying. is this possible and if it is how much would i expect to have to pay to get it

Create a shortcut, "!donate"
make the web link a link to your paypal donation thingy, so for example.
