Not sure why dhooks won't run

Sorry, pretty new to this.
I've fixed everything else I need to fix but for some reason, DHooks just refuses to load

Code:

gokz-core.smx (GOKZ Core): Required extension "dhooks" file("dhooks.ext") not running

But I have dhooks.ext.dll in my extensions folder for SourceMod
