Whenever I start a vote, the language is in german!!! Everything else is fine. I even replaced the language text for the vote and still is in German (sometimes in Spanish)... How do I fix this?

amx_langmenu me thinks. Ask someone to do it on their server to tell you the number english is.

amx_langmenu is set on English for both.
Sometimes I get a MLnotfound or something like that.
