while looking here i found CBaseAnimating::OnNewModel() what i want to do is replace error.mdl whatever it is created with somenthing else but have no ideia how

But... error model appears to player, who doesn't have that model which server have set (somewhere).
You know, server side play models and if player not download custom files from server.

Do you mean you want to be notified when an entity is created which uses a certain model?

EDIT: Oh nevermind. The use of error.mdl is entirely client-side.
