tf2 server rounds

I have a server for TF2 and i have set up the round time limit and a stalemate, when the timer hits 0:00 it never changes into a stalemate nor does the map ever change. does anyone know how to fix this

Try: mp_match_end_at_timelimit 1

Unless the cvar uncivil mentioned is set, Attack/Defend Control Points*; Payload**; Payload Race; KOTH; and Arena maps will not end until the current round ends. Mind you, that's round not mini-round, so if it's Dustbowl; Goldrush; or Thunder Mountain, that means RED winning during any round or BLU winning stage 3 (the third mini-round).

so what should i put for the round to end on a surf map

If your server just runs surf maps, put it in server.cfg.

Hmmm... I have almost the same question, but other way around. I'm using Mapchooser Extended and it changed plr_hightower map to the next after 2nd mini-round, not waiting for the full round map to finish. It was a normal map end vote, not rtv. Why is that and how can I fix this?

plr_hightower doesn't have mini-rounds... it's a single stage PLR map, so each time a tower is destroyed, it's a full round.

Or did you mean it switched *to* plr_hightower from another map?

No, it switched from plr_hightower before tower was destroyed. If I remember correctly, there are 3 locations in plr_hightower and if you win 1st or 2nd you gain an advantage for next location and 3rd is the last one where the game should end. But for some reason it ended after 2nd location.

plr_pipeline and plr_nightfall are both 3 stages long. Are you thinking of one of those two?

Trust me, plr_hightower is a single stage map.
