[CSS/CS:GO] Weapon Restrict

The Odd part was i did everything and the plug in still wont work, ill check the console and see if theres an issue with it loading




"25 <Failed> "Weapon Restrict" (3.1.3) by Dr!fter"

looks like the plugin did fail to load!

Is there a command to load the fail reasons?

So you didnt install sdkhooks. Or you installed the wrong one. There should be another error in your error log about sdkhooks iirc.

Isnt sdkhooks normally included with source mod?

And could u suggest me one to install for csgo? and where i would place the item in the files!

So, I installed this mod for CS:GO and it landed me in a world of issues.

The mod installed correctly - it was functional and restricted the items I desired. When the mod was installed (I've now uninstalled it and deleted the files), the warm-up timer was completely messed up. It would blur out the player's screen for an indeterminate length of time - sometimes as long as 2 minutes into the round. This occurred even though I disabled warm-up in the weapon_restrict.cfg file. While the mod was installed and even after I removed it, it left me with a second problem - 'TargetArea' now appears over every player when wielding a gun.

If you can help, that'd be fantastic.

Dr!fter,

First, let me say, thank you for this plugin - more than just for releasing it, but for what releasing it has done

If I could request something, much like how you have an unlimited grenade warmup, could you implement an unlimited taser as well? Maybe with a short timer to allow the client to drop the weapon before giving him one (otherwise he'll just drop the given one).

I thought it would fit more appropriately here than my zeusround plugin for the warmup period

Im not really sure how either of these could be related to weapon restrict I haven't had any issues and have it running for a few months. Does anyone else have this issue? Try disabling the normal warmup by setting mp_do_warmup_period 0 in gamemodes_server.txt.
