sry i don't know about what you are talking about but the first post is correct

Description:
You have 2 files called "commands.ini" and "special_premission.ini".
In the "commands.ini" you add the commands which need a premission
by the "mainadmin".
In the "special_premission.ini" you can add the SteamID's of admins
which don't need a premission to use a command.

You should make it so amx_topadmin cvar can hold steam ids instead of names.. and you should be able to add more main admin instead of having just one.

it should work i can't test it because i have no server with many admins
