recently i've been experiencing some kind of annoying bug and crashes in my SCRDS (TF2 Version) server and they always crash when someone join the server, i believe it's because of the SourceMod or MetaMod:Source my server only crashes when i start them with one of these mods, i really need some assistence here, sadly i don't have a log that detects the crash
i installed the SRCDS Server through SteamCMD

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bits
CPU: Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5300 2.60 GHz
GPU: i don't have one

how it happens:

I start the tf2 server empty with only 12 bots, 6 in each team
after the loading the Prompt start showing alot of messages saying 'Unable to get callback interface for "".', everything still running like hell, but when i try to join, the server crashes with no error message, but when i start the server vanilla it runs normally

Make sure you are using the latest version of both meta and sourcemod (for the OS of your server).

i'm using MetaMod:Source (build 971/1.10.7)
and SourceMod (build 6492/1.10.0)
i'm quite sure it's up to date
and about my OS i can't change it, my computer it's from 2009, it's drivers don't support windows 10 or windows 8

Try a fresh tf2 server installation with just meta and sourcemod installed.

Have you tried this with a default map?

Find ...addons/metamod.vdf file and move file out from ...addons/ folder.

Reboot server. Server should now run without MM:S and SM (server command plugin_print, meta version, sm version)

Test, change level to normal, official TF2 map (ex. cp_dustbowl).
Does your server crash, without mods, when you enter in game?

If crash not happen
Download latest MM:S and SM mods.
https://www.sourcemm.net/downloads.php?branch=stable
https://www.sourcemod.net/downloads.php?branch=stable

Upgrade MM:S by uploading all files to server, overwriting all files.

Upgrade SM by uploading these folders, files included:
...addons\sourcemod\bin
...addons\sourcemod\extensions
...addons\sourcemod\gamedata
...addons\sourcemod\plugins
...addons\sourcemod\translations

There should be new metamod.vdf file in ...addons/ folder, if not then move old one back.
Reboot server, first time.
Let server run about 15minutes, SM maybe download newest gamedata files.
Reboot server, second time.

Check loaded mods by using server commands:
plugin_print
meta list
sm exts list
sm plugins list

Change level again, to normal official TF2 map, enter in game.
Does server crash ?

--------------------------------------

If server still crash
rename folder ...addons\sourcemod\plugins to else, ex. ...addons\sourcemod\-plugins
Reboot server, change level to normal map, join in game.

If crash not happen any more, it's one of SM plugins what cause it.
Rename plugins folder back and now you need load one SM plugin at time and test every map change, which plugin cause it.

-----------------------------------------------

If server crash without SM plugins, try unload any MetaMod:Source plugins (not the SourceMod).
Need reboot server when move, disable MM:S plugin, just to make sure.
