everything works fine now ... i dont know why.

if i delete some language in the servermessage.txt because i will have only english, do i have to delete the other ones ([de][pl][nl...)?? and if for example german player join they wont have problems?

Of course. You have to edit all the languages to folow the same pattern.
It doesn't matter what message it's listed but it matters to folow the same pattern so:

If you have

[EN]

msg_1: server mesage 1
msg_2: server mesage 2
msg_3: server mesage 3

xxx_msg_1: info mesage 1
xxx_msg_2: info mesage 2

You should also have

[PL]

msg_1: blah blah
msg_2: etc.
msg_3: doesn't matter

xxx_msg_1: xxx
xxx_msg_2: lolz

[DE]

msg_1: same here
msg_2: and here
msg_3: and also here

xxx_msg_1: do not forget this one
xxx_msg_2: n'or this one... (if you delete all this line the DE player will get an error probably )
If you add a line here, other lang. players will not find this message in their language... do the math.

etc...

Edit:

One question: Does this plugin emulates the Tutor from CSCZ or it "activates" some code from mp.dll ?

how can i make that the tutor message to be shown on live client not on dead?
or is there another plugin thats make only tutor message thx ;)

U should state in first post that if a single message is longer that 192 chars it will crash the server.

Hmm, I will check this, but actually it must be possible to use 256 chars.

EDIT: Ohh, ok we can send only 192bytes in a message so I cut the messages behind the 180 char.
