I used this plugin to create one which searches for the nearest grenade and gives it to the bot if they are close enough, they will then automatically give to near by players who have no grenade. But it's a bit long the code, not sure of a better way to do it... I'll post back if/when I have more.

Well I have a working version, but reluctant to post due it using a dirty and not very good code... a timer loops through the entities in game and checks if it's a grenade and how far the bot is from it... then transfers within a certain distance/view every few seconds.

I know for a fact that you can sm_fexec or sm_cexec a bot and make them say things like TEST or even switch weapons. Interestingly this may prove to be the point where a human can type !throwgrenade and a random bot equipped with a grenade will switch to slot3...and throw it? I haven't tested it if you type sm_fexec Louis mouse1 actually works, but it is worth a try.

Yeah, but the problem is you don't know where they're gonna throw it. That could be very bad in some situations.

Totally forgot this mod after a lot of updates. Just wanted to report that it still works beautiful on L4D1/2.

It can't be. Probably conflict with another plugin may be.

You should update were the bots pick up the grenades and give it to you if you want to hold up on bots throwing grenades!

I wish Valve added this feature without the community making the plugin for it.
I doubt Valve will add this.

Very useful for my server!
