Removed .smx as "Get Plugin" works fine.

Instead of requiring sv_cheats to be turned on, which is very risky, you could just strip the cheat flags from those two commands.

The only thing I know is that, you need to do the same with cl_pitchdown and cl_pitchup, what that guy did with the give command. And you're about to hook convars and he messed with a command ;]

...well, any progress? You gave up already? It sounds, like a fun plugin, but most people will never test it, while it still requires sv_cheats on.
