Try adding it through the database instead? I have my 9 servers on with no issues.

In the 'users' database, encrypt your password in MD5 and paste it in the password column. That's how I did it.

How do I fix all the empty boxes?

I installed the plugin from the main post then did the web ui from this one. But something didn't work right. I did run the 2 sql correctly so it isn't that.

The limit is how many server IPs exist in your player_anayltics table. You do not add servers, only server details.
