I set all commands to Z in the sp file, The problem is with SOURCEMOD not inforcing the flag. If you post a bug they will blame the plugin, (I think) I don't know what else I can do to enforce the Z flag besides what I have already done.

I can not conferm atm that the download of super admin above is all set to all Z flag (ROOT) acces because I looked at the .sp file and it is the stock admin settings I gave the first upload of this thred, it is not set to root z. if you move up you can see a version that has all been changed to the root Z flag, called super admin Z.
