I tried to add SMEXT_ENABLE_TIMERSYS and compile extension, but get this error, smbd now how to fix it?

I already removed final and i don't have error, but i don't understand why i have it, i install c++ c# VS 2010 and compilators work relly well

You need to use a compiler that supports C++11. Try VS 2013 or 2015.
