It might be me but it looks like the CPU usage is lower with this patch.

From what I gathered its the BETA release of the hotfix they are going to include in an update to be released probably next wednesday (They usually rollout patches on wednesday).

I am unsure for what mods its for, I assume all mods (dont quote me). So take the dll you HAD and BACK IT UP! Then try overwriting with this one and load up the server, if it works good. Please post back so others can know, if it doesn't revert to the older (backed up) dll and post back that it didn't work.

the zip does say cstrike, but Alfreds reference is to game dll in general. So maybe this is for all mods?

cstrike and CZ are different in the way of dropping grenades and hostages with AI, these dlls are NOT for CZ
