CS:GO Server sets the wrong public IP!

Hey guys,
I have quite the problem on my hand here:
-I want to host a private CS:GO Server
-My ISP does not provide me with a private IPv4
So I only have the option to set up a server through a VPN Service like Hamachi or, in my case, Radmin.
This is however tricky since the Server sets the public IP to 95.222.25.104 at the moment, which is not reachable, since this IP seems to be used by multiple devices AND routers. I tried forwarding on my router, it is not possible.
If it were possible to set the servers IP to the one of my Radmins network, it should work, as this is already working with my TS3 and Minecraft server!
The other option is to set the local IP of the server to the one provided by Radmin.
But this also does not work, since the server is not able to connect to Steam servers like that and will only allow LAN connections over my real LAN.
If there is a way to remove the LAN only funktion of the "offline" server, this would fix my problem as well!
Can anyone help me here?
I fear that there won't be a way for me to fix this.
