Is there a plugin that can freeze an entire team for x amount of seconds and then run itself again after x amount of minutes?

sm_freeze? That freezes people for x seconds, then if you wrote a script you could have it happen every so often....

I dont think freeze has a value after player/team.

No i dont think so, but you could write a script that would apply it to everyone on a specified team or server right? Obviously it would be doing the sm_freeze command a billion times at the same time but... Just trying to think of ideas.

I was also thinking if you had a script that did basically the same thing, but instead of sm_freeze you could set everyones movement speed to 0. But I then realized, that probably does not work. I know the sniper for instance, now changes speeds switching weapons, and heavy of course with the spinup/down, might unlock them from that. : / sm_freeze would probably work better.

No you can just edit the freeze plugin in funcommands so that the timer ends when you use the command again.
