I've searched all the plugins from the first post's links and none of them are licensed.

Re-download all the content from the first post and don't add anything else to the server plugins, then try starting it.
As I said, none of the plugins that I've posted have that license on them.

all plugins from plugins-zplag... are de-activated...even the base plugin.. so what use to re-download all and when ill activate`em i`ll get the same error.. !... but whatever...

I think you're using the already compiled .amxx files and one or more of them have that license. Re-compile all the .sma files and replace them in your plugins folder.

I just removed all the .amxx files from the links so everyone will have to compile the sources by themselves in order to avoid problems like these.

I also added all the plugins that I know for sure work fine from the second link to the first one and listed them in plugins-zplaguenmare.ini.

I also try to compile your plugins but gives me errors ... bro it is a good idea that you make compiled plugins (new) from the .sma-s and upload a link here to the people that want ...

Edit: I have added you in skp you can accept me bcz i can't deal with your mod man... really messed up with all these missing models,sprites and etc...

All the plugins compile fine for me, except for auto join spawn, which is work in progress.

You need to remove sub plugins because heavy mod gives segmintation fault for some linux system
