* Get XP For Wall Headshot
* Get XP To Whole Team For Winning The Round
* Get XP To Whole Team When Bomb Target Successfully
* Get XP To Whole Team For Defusing the Bomb

* Loose XP When Dropping the Bomb
* Loose XP When Team Cant Defuse the Bomb
* Loose XP When Team Can't Win
* Loose XP For Committing Suicide

* Commands:
* Say "/xp" to check your xp
* Say "/topxp" to check the top15
* Say "/xpall" to check the top15
