when robots started to comeing out, all users in my server's ping become very high(almost 150)
before game started, ping was 5~18
I don't have any idea why i'm having problem like this.
(my pc's specificant: I7 / 8GB ram / Radeon HD 8870M / ssd)

That is due to your server not being able to handle the sudden increase of players (bots). The server has to handle the real players with their incoming/outgoing responses, then it has to think and act for 26 other players who are all spamming rockets and arrows and all that other crazy stuff.
