I and my friend made a private module called GM, we compiled it for both Windows and Linux...

in SteamCMD Linux Server, it works fine. But in Windows Server,
it's error (Bad Load) and required msvcp100d.dll and msvcr100d.dll, then i went to Google and take those files to System32 or SysWOW64 (win32b and win64b)

i compiled it with VS2013 Express, and not it requires "msvcp130d.dll and msvcr130d.dll" =.= ?
I see all other modules don't require those dll files, how to solve this problem ?

Make sure the libraries are around hlds.exe program and/or in any path such as System32 (see Advanced System Settings\Environment Variables). To compile a library without these dependencies required separately, change Visual Studio project's properties at C++\Code Generation\Runtime Library by setting Multi-threaded for Release and Multi-threaded Debug for Debug builds instead of Multi-threaded DLL or Multi-threaded Debug DLL.

Make sure the Platform Toolset setting is set to lower every time. In my Visual Studio version, I set it to WinXP.
