Saving xp by name

The default method of saving xp is by SteamID or IP.
But I want it by name because if one's ip changes his xp will lose.
Who could tell me how to modify the source code,please?

i think its by steam id.. and if it was by name then i would change my name to have peoples levels......

we dont support hacked no-steam servers, sorry. Use IP or STEAMID saving or dont use SH at all.

...My server is not hacked NoSteam. I just want to change the way of saving. If you don't support, I can only accept.

the only reason people need to use name saving is because they dont have steamids and the IPs are changing all the time. In a legal steam server you have steamids, in a LAN server IPs dont really change.

But if in the net bar, people don't always use the same computer. So I think whether the mod can have store players' names and each player can set a password himself then his data will be saved for a long time. Some people don't play again because of losing their levels.

This function perhaps has to build a database and require those who wants to save their levels registering in the website. This is quite complicated.
