What does this script do?

If it works like the noseevar for metamod, then it can hide some of your cvars you dont want other people to see, one big one was hiding your sv_downloadurl. If people can see what your downloadurl link is, then they could potentially use your webserver and its monthly bandwidth to allow downloads for their game server off your webserver.

Also, it can hide things like sv_gravity or any of those cvars in your server.cfg file for whatever reason you may not want other people to be able to see.
