Very bad solution for the whole time limit problem! This plugin sets the timelimit to 0, then, after the mp_timelimit set in server.cfg has passed it sets it back to what it was, but map changing plugins wont have any effect, so this is actually worse than before. The best solution would be to add a bot after the terrorist leaves, and then kill the bot, so the round would end without restarting. Think about that ;)
