Just a recent error that crash my server.

L 07/23/2013 - 21:02:15: [STEAMTOOLS] Server Gameplay Stats received with an unexpected eResult. (eResult = 16)

What should I do?

but, again, same error today, then crash D:

You should check to see if it happens without SteamTools, that is a request being made by the game, it could be crashing when it's failing to receive the message (of course, you won't know when it fails without SteamTools installed).

There is a known issue with TF2 crashing in the stats code on map change when sv_lan is enabled, is could be the same issue.
