Ok i just got a server thats 24/7 assualt with amx_mod. but i go in there and i don't have admin so i go to the server console and say amx_addadmin (then all the other stuff) but i don't become admin. please help!

u have to be a admin to add a admin and u use the users.ini to become a admin

Yes go to addons/amxmodx/configs then users.ini follow the format to add an admin and read the flags.

Ex. "STEAM_0:0:1234567"(Steam ID) "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" (Flags) "" (No password)

And make sure you put the quotations.

Just to confirm, you did mean AMXModX as opposed to AMXMod, right?

1. Be specific, some people come here and say "AMX Mod" and mean "AMX Mod X" and the other way around...

2. Does it make sence to be able to add an admin if you aren't one?

3. Next time try to relate your topic to your question, that helps people that help you get to you faster, because if it's just "Help me please..." they'll ignore it and think it isn't even a good question, by the way... this is a good question.
