The sdkhooks.inc file is only needed if you want to modify the plugin and compile it for yourself.

In any case, you can just use the latest sdkhooks.inc file from the most recent version of the SDKHooks extension

To clarify, SDKHooks is now a stock Sourcemod extension. The most recent version is always included in the most recent version of Sourcemod. This is the version that should always be used.

Ok, yea I knew it was needed to compile but was wondering if the plugin would work the same by using 1.5.2 include file or with the file provided here at compilation. So anyway the plugin is working fine on CSGO, thx again.

I have restricted the commands to flag D, commands are not usable in the console for players without D.
But they still have access to it in the menu, any fix for this?

Are you using the most recent version of this plugin? Has it occurred again, or did it only happen one time? If so, I may look into it further but if it is a one-off I would say just carry on as normal.

Can you please double check this? I have checked the code of the plugin and cannot see why this would happen. Are you using the latest version of this plugin?

Not with this plugin. Admins can swap everyone at the end of the round using sm_swapteam_d @all but it cannot be done automatically.

There are other plugins out there that can swap clients automatically, but you will need to find them yourself.

You need the translation file installed in the /addons/sourcemod/translations directory and if you are using another language other than English, then you need to install the language file for your language as well.
