This plugin is for replacement of English symbols by symbols of other languages which are supported UTF-8. For example: English symbols or a character set on Russian.
Also possible to use this plugin for replacement capital letters to lower case, replacements bad words, etc.

Console commands: amx_translit, say /translit, say_team /translit - on/off translit.
amx_client_translit 1/0 - allow translit to clients.
If first symbol of message is "!" or "/" this message will not be replaced.

Added translit of standart adminchat commands as amx_csay, amx_chat, say @@.
To use it you have to disable default plugin adminchat.amxx. If you don't want to use translit of adminchat you have to comment line 8 in translit.sma and recompile plugin

For example if you need to replace Eng symbol "a" to Eng symbol "b" in translit.ini:
a | b
If you need replace Eng symbols "abc" to "d":
abc | d
If you need replace eng symbols "hello" to "bye-bye":
hello | bye-bye
or "fuck" to "***"
fuck | ***
or "A" to "a"
A | a
that's all

It could replace up to 128 symbols or charcters sets by default. So because, you should replace translit.ini as I wrote above. If you add more it won't work! File translit.ini in archive translit.rar is for example just!

Yes of course! I thought that symbols Ä and Ö is Russian only These Finnish too?
You can change translit.ini anyway! I remind you: plugin will replace any symbol or a character set to what you need. I don't know Finish so because I can't say correct it or not...
For example on Russian keyboard to letter "U" there the letter "Ã", so because I wrote in translit.ini:
u | ã

I'm from Finland and the lang is Finnish, not Finish.

I thought that it's impossible to use non-US characters in CS. You proved it wrong. Nice job!
