Hi, now I present my new and first plugin "JailBreak VipMenu"
In vipmenu you can chose 4 items:
255 Hp and Ap.
Grenades complect
Low Gravity (for hide day)
P228 compact(Whith 13 bullets)

You need to remove the .amxx file, and the 2 unused includes.
And you need to register your plugin in plugin_init.
You can use the defines for that.

And you have a few typo's in the menu

Don't check if user is alive every case, just do it in VIPmenu.
Some modules are useless. Remove them.

About code:
Don't use set_user_armor for cs1.6 and cs:cz, use cs_set_user_armor instead.
Reset global array at new round rather than round start to prevent admins to use the menu twice.

I've puted a vip whit this flags:

"STEAM_ID" "" "begi" "ce"; nick

but i've saw in the source of the plugin this line:

if(get_user_flags(id) & ADMIN_LEVEL_H)

so... i've added the flag H

but its all the same, nobody that is vip have the acess to the vipmenu whriting /vipmenu
