I saw on a surf deathmatch server, near the end of the round it reverts to "no respawn till end of round". Any ideas how I can do this so that the round will end and move on to the next map?

Is there a way to configure cs:s dm so that it will disable respawn about 1 minute before the end of the round and show "No respawn till end of round" so that the round can end when someone dies? I saw this on a surf server.
