Sure, it is not there were you learn things, it is there were you discuss things with your experienced teacher and may be some classmates. Things that you learned googling and by work experiences.

In all my schooling years I was required to write many programs but there wasn't any formal classes on "how to program" nor did I take any formal classes about specific text-based languages.

I learned many of the technical things from books and website. But, the most critical part, IMO, is studying existing code, modifying it or writing my own code and testing it. This is why I'm so adamant about finding existing code that is similar to what you want to do and using what you learn from that to write your own code (and then test it of course).

There's enough resources on the internet that you can learn a variety of ways but college or school isn't one of them UNLESS you benefit a lot more than others do when it comes to hands on learning with people in a group setting... in which case, have at it but 99% of people don't work like that.

I learned coding myself because i wanted to do something on 1.6.

The best way to learn pawn is doing it yourself by using tutorials, existing code, searches.

Ask for help only if necessary, ie explanations, code problems after a search failure.

The only limit is time, and also intelligence (sorry but coding is not for idiots).
