I don't think that has to do with other plugins. I use Dragokas version and there isn't problem with god zombies anymore.

I've been using my version and have no god zombies at all.. Do you know which mode or how this happens, certain weapon type or instance or occurs? What cvars are you using?

Excuse me for meddling. something similar happened to me but only with the Dragokas version, with the silver version it has not happened to me.
I use the Dragokas version for l4d1 because of the error of the immortal zombies and the Silver version for l4d2 and I have not had any problems.
