server cvar bot_quota change to "x"

how to disable server cvar bot_quota change to "x" message flooding on server ?
Every time when one player join, one disconnect... always writes this message

Hopefully this works out for you (haven't messed with the source in a while), if you want to silence anymore cvars just add them to the list. I personally have about 12.

This addon not works for me.
CSS (not DM), Linux based servers.
When i change the bot_quota from the console on my servers, or the executeconfigs plugin do that, the:
"Server cvar 'bot_quota' changed to x"
and
"Server cvar 'sv_tags' changed to xxxx"
messages appears in the chat windows. With or without your plugin.
Maybe some update kill this plugin?
Can you update this plugin to works?
